Location: Various Throughout Scotland
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

About the Role: Our client is a well-established optical and hearing care provider with a strong presence across Scotland. They are currently seeking qualified Optometrists to join a number of their branches on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of your clinical practice while contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch within a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye care with a strong focus on clinical excellence
Balance clinical and commercial responsibilities to support branch performance
Work collaboratively with the branch management and wider team to drive growth and success
Manage your clinics effectively with well-structured testing times
Build strong relationships with patients and provide tailored optical solutions
Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming practice environment
