As a Visa Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating visa applications and supporting the mobilization of personnel for international projects. The role will focus on coordinating visa applications, immigration documentation and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of employees and crew members worldwide.

The ideal candidate has experience working with international visa processes, immigration procedures and personnel mobilization, with knowledge of UK work visas being a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate visa applications, work permits and immigration documentation for international personnel.
Support the mobilization process for employees and crew members working on global projects.
Ensure all required documents are collected, checked and submitted within deadlines.
Monitor visa status, expiry dates and compliance requirements.
Support travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation coordination when required.
Maintain accurate records of personnel documentation and visa processes.
Provide administrative support during urgent mobilization requirements.

Requirements:

Experience with international visa processes and immigration procedures.
Experience handling works permits, visas and documentation for international personnel.
Knowledge of UK work visa processes is highly desirable.
Experience in crewing, maritime, offshore, energy or project-based environments is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch preferred).

Preferred experience:

Previous experience in crewing, recruitment, global mobility or personnel logistics.
Experience supporting international workforce mobilization.
Familiarity with offshore/project operations is a plus.
