Located just 10 minutes from Ballarat Central, our well-organised and modern repair facility is home to a supportive team of 15 specialists. We focus on small to medium repairs and provide strong, long-term support from day one — making your transition as smooth as possible.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our growing collision repair network in Victoria. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive remuneration and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with industry targets and procedures
Complete quotes onsite, offsite, and online
Conduct arrival inspections, including damage mapping and vehicle imaging
Coordinate parts ordering for efficient and cost-effective repairs
Liaise with suppliers for additional authorised work
Ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition
Confidently hand over completed vehicles to customers

About You

Proven experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated
