The Role

• Lead our signature 200 seat restaurant, the centrepiece loved by locals & top tourist destination.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop your own leadership team, including a dedicated Supervisor.

• Deliver flawless 5 star service to guests.

• Be highly visible during peak trading periods - particularly later in the week - when guests expect nothing short of exceptional.

Your Credentials

• Proven success within restaurant environments (essential), with strong exposure to premium restaurant operations.

• Passionate Restaurant Manager who is a confident, professional with the focus to inspire, create meaningful & memorable guest experiences.

• Exceptional leadership capability, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Strong commercial and operational acumen, across the day to day restaurant operations.

• A natural eye for detail and a commitment to service standards synonymous with five-star hospitality.
