Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing, inclusive teams across the Junior School
• Foster a culture of connection, trust, and whole-school cohesion

Essential Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualifications with current NESA accreditation
• Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within a primary or whole-school setting
• Strong track record of improving student outcomes using data-informed strategies
• High level of digital literacy and experience leading technology integration
• Current Working With Children Check and willingness to undertake a National Criminal
