The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a busy bottle shop, ensuring:

Compliance with liquor licensing regulations

Stock control and inventory management

Responsible service and harm minimisation practices

Smooth operational performance during high-volume trade
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in both front-of-house service and back-end operational control.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Bottle Shop Supervisor or Assistant Manager role

Strong knowledge of liquor operations and compliance
-
WA Approved Manager Card (essential)

Current RSA
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong stock control and ordering experience

Professional, reliable, and community-minded approach
