The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a busy bottle shop, ensuring:

• Exceptional customer service standards

• Compliance with liquor licensing regulations

• Team supervision and leadership

• Stock control and inventory management

• Responsible service and harm minimisation practices

• Smooth operational performance during high-volume trade

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in both front-of-house service and back-end operational control.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Bottle Shop Supervisor or Assistant Manager role

• Strong knowledge of liquor operations and compliance

• WA Approved Manager Card (essential)

• Current RSA

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Strong stock control and ordering experience

• Professional, reliable, and community-minded approach
