The Practice

This beautiful modern, purpose-built practice boasts a welcoming, light and airy reception area with floor to ceiling windows flooding it with natural light. There are 24 consulting rooms and you will have access to an ECG room as well as a four-bed treatment room.

Working alongside eleven other GPs, you will have ample support from a full team of nurses and administrative staff who will go the extra mile to ensure that you and your patients are well looked after. With the convenience of on-site physiotherapy, dental, radiology, pathology and allied health professionals, you will be able to provide integrated care for better patient outcomes.

The centre is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Wednesday with a 4pm close on Thursday and Friday. On weekends the clinic stays closed, offering excellent work-life balance. Relocation assistance is on offer to help you make the move.

The Location

One and a half hours’ drive from central Sydney and only ten minutes from Wollongong’s central business district, you’re never too far from a beach and still close enough to make the most of all the city’s attractions. Wollongong is a bustling and vibrant centre with a large university and medical school, where you can enjoy a wonderful array of retail outlets, eateries, nature parks, galleries and festivals. The area has a great lifestyle with many excellent schools, and house prices are much more affordable than in Sydney. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive from the medical centre!

Essential Criteria

DPA position and visa sponsorship available.

AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway (substantially comparable) eligible international candidates as well as GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
