Our client is a multi franchised new car dealership group located in the Peel / Mandurah area of W.A.. They seek an experienced Service Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth, whilst providing stability, leadership and direction. This volume operation services highly regarded, reliable brands. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous Service Management experience, gained within a franchised new car dealership. You are articulate, organised and pride yourself on your exceptional customer focus. You have a sharp eye on the profitability and a clear understanding of the processes required to ensure your staff meet and exceed their targets and expectations. You are looking for a long term career opportunity and are located locally or willing to re-locate.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $110k + Com + Car. OTE for this role should see you achieve up to $160k. Relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate including 4 weeks rental assistance and one air fare.
