Job Specification

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Pharmacy Manager seeking a role with greater autonomy, lifestyle balance, and long-term career potential, including a pathway toward future partnership.

As Pharmacist Manager, you will:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy and dispensary
• Lead, support, and mentor a small, close-knit team
• Deliver professional services and maintain high clinical standards
• Build strong relationships within the local community

You'll operate in a manageable, low-volume pharmacy that allows you to focus on leadership, patient care, and business performance without unnecessary pressure.

Key Details

• Roster: Tuesday-Saturday
• Shop Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm | Sat 9:00am-12:00pm
• Staffing: Sole Pharmacist with 2 Pharmacy Assistants

Skills & Experience Required

• General AHPRA registration
• Vaccination accreditation preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacy Manager in Australia.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgement, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of community pharmacy operations and compliance
