- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA or AASW (or ability to do so)
- Significant leadership experience in mental health or related settings
- Demonstrated experience managing operations including HR, finance etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
