Heart Corporation is recruiting Assistant Language Teachers from around the world to teach English in Japanese public schools starting in April 2027. Minimum Requirements & Preferred Qualifications Language Native or near-native English proficiency. No Japanese required (we provide free Japanese lessons for beginners). Location: We accept applications from both residents of Japan and overseas candidates wishing to relocate to Japan. Visa: Visa sponsorship provided. We handle the full immigration process. Certifications: TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus but not required. Licenses: Driver's license is a plus (some rural placements may require driving). Work schedule: Full-time & Semi full time positions available. School hours, Monday–Friday. Preferred: Passion for teaching and cultural exchange. Enjoys working with children or young adults. What Is This Job About? You'll work as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in Japanese public schools, teaming up with Japanese teachers to help students learn English. This isn't a desk job.
