These Terms govern your use of Expat Jobs. The service provides job discovery, application tracking, recruitment conversations, profiles, matching and related tools. We aggregate listings from external sources as well as platform employers. We are not your employer and do not guarantee a job, visa, salary or recruitment outcome.

To create an account, you must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and act within your authority if representing an employer. We record the Terms version and acceptance time when you create the account, including through social sign-in.

Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information. Accepting these Terms is acceptance of service rules, not consent to every use of personal data.

Employers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings and for how they process applicant information. Applicants are responsible for information they submit. Use only documents and information you are entitled to share. Platform messaging connects participants in a platform application; tracking an external vacancy does not establish contact with the external employer. External sites have their own terms and privacy notices.

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant DVTech only the permissions needed to store, process and display that content to deliver the requested service and your selected visibility settings. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, post fraudulent jobs, harass participants, distribute spam, compromise security or access another person's data without authority.

Private conversations and application documents are restricted to authorised participants. Public collections, profiles or reviews follow the visibility choices of the relevant feature. AI outputs and scores are suggestions to review and do not determine hiring outcomes.

We may restrict accounts or remove content for abuse, security issues or violations of these Terms, using proportionate measures. Contact office@dvtech.kz to question a restriction or exercise data rights if sign-in is unavailable. You can export your data and delete the account through Manage my data. Deletion is permanent and can remove conversations shared with other participants and listings you published; export information you need beforehand.

Conversation retention and recovery-copy handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Legitimate legal exceptions are assessed separately, not treated as permission to retain all data indefinitely.

We maintain the service with reasonable care, but listings, third-party services and automated suggestions may be incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Review job details and contact the relevant employer for decisions. These Terms do not exclude liability that applicable law forbids excluding, or limit statutory consumer or data-protection rights.

We publish versioned Terms and provide notice of material changes. Where acceptance of revised conditions is required, we request it explicitly. Kazakhstan law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Contact office@dvtech.kz to resolve a concern; applicable rights to regulators and courts remain available.
