The Opportunity
You'll join an established and high-performing recruitment business with a strong reputation across Australia. With a well-resourced desk, established client relationships, and a collaborative team environment, this role offers the platform to build a long-term and highly successful recruitment career.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing an existing recruitment desk
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Running a full 360 recruitment process
- Driving business development and growing your market
Working within a high-performing and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
- 1-5+ years experience in recruitment (agency preferred)
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- A driven and ambitious mindset
- Someone motivated to grow their career in a larger market
- New Zealand-based recruiters open to relocating to Melbourne
