We are looking for a CBTA Deployment Management System Integration Specialist to join our team in Singapore.
The main responsibility is to evaluate customer airline management systems and supporting the analysis of training data & their application to the airlines recurrent training program. This role will support the airline senior leadership & evaluate the necessary changes required for the airline to implement the Boeing CBTA program. This role will support the airline adopting a competency-based training program, based on the use of validated data.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Airline CBTA training data analytics and application to the airlines risk mitigations that provide training course content adjustments that support the Boeing CBTA program.

Working closely with the Deployment team to coordinate resources and requirements for all allocated deployment implementation activity in accordance with the CBTA deployment Plan.

Ensuring the deployment plan accurately reflects agreed deployment objectives and timelines.

Disseminating information as required to participating elements.

Coordinating and monitoring deployment activity required for the airline CBTA MSIT change plan.

Overseeing process completion of deployment & on-going support documentation.

Coordinate deployment activity with the CBTA Deployment Lead and act as intermediary between Boeing Deployment team stakeholders as required.

Provide support and oversee the efficient implementation of the deployment airline CBTA data driven training program.

Provide airline implementation progress updates, risks and options for mitigation to the CBTA Program Manager.

To indicate and identify any deployment deficiencies or poor performance that is likely to impact adherence to schedule or KPIs.

To ensure that shortfalls of resources or deficiencies of standard are highlighted, without delay.

Raise concerns with adherence to schedule or KPIs without delay.
Basic Qualification:
-
An in-depth familiarity with training data analytics and the application to the CBTA & EBT.

Demonstrable subject matter expertise & knowledge of the CBTA & EBT requirements & CBTA/EBT aviation best practice and the application of these requirements within a commercial airline training program.

Capable of understanding, interpreting, and making recommendations to airline CBTA programs, based on data analysis and the airline risk management program to ensure safety driven training outcome.

Extensive knowledge or airline safety management systems.

Good knowledge of data management systems & analytics.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Trello, Jira and any other systems used by the CBTA Deployment team.

Knowledge of change management methodologies.

A good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate across the organization, management structure and customer interfaces at all levels.

Ability to articulate information clearly, written and verbal.
