We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to join our international sales team.
Based in Berlin, you will report to the Sales Director and lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving Brevo’s growth across DACH.
This is a key front-line leadership role: you’ll combine hands-on sales execution with people management and coaching, helping your team hit their targets while maintaining high motivation and operational excellence.

This is a key front-line leadership role: you’ll combine hands-on sales execution with people management and coaching, helping your team hit their targets while maintaining high motivation and operational excellence.
Your Impact at Brevo:
- Lead and develop the DACH AE PRO team, driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth
- Coach, inspire, and empower your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and actionable feedback
- Execute the go-to-market strategy defined with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams
- Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression
- Support full-cycle sales execution - from prospecting to closing - ensuring best practices and customer excellence
- Work with Marketing, Revops & the Sales leadership on pipeline generation
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across regions
- Champion Brevo’s values and culture, creating an environment of trust, transparency, and performance
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in CRM, MarTech or SaaS environments
- 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience, with proven success leading AEs or inside sales teams
- Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close
- Native-level German and excellent English communication skills
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments
