Position: Substitute Teacher with Mandarin Chinese
We are seeking passionate substitute teachers for our Kansai area locations with fluent Mandarin Chinese ability. The successful applicant will be working as a substitute teacher in our preschools and kindergartens as well as teaching Mandarin to our Kinder Level classes.
This position is designed as a preparation role for progression into a Lead Class Teacher position. Upon successful transition, teachers receive an immediate increase to their monthly salary in line with the responsibilities of the role.
If you do not have fluent Mandarin ability but do have relevant preschool or kindergarten experience, we still encourage you to apply! We may also have opportunities for non-Mandarin-speaking Preschool/Kindergarten Cover Teachers.
Requirements:
A university degree
A valid Japanese working visa
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Teaching experience and a background in customer service are advantageous
Bonus skills such as musical proficiency or multilingualism are welcomed
