Responsibilities include: Welcome and check in guests Escort guests to their seats Assist with food and beverage service Support the operation of live sumo performances Help facilitate guest participation activities Answer guest questions in English and Japanese Assist with venue setup and cleanup Maintain a clean and welcoming environment Deliver exceptional customer service from beginning to end ■Why You'll Love This Job Meet People from Around the World Interact with international travellers every day.
