Beauty Consultant – GRATiAE Luxury Organic Skincare (Ginza / Omotesando / Aoyama) Base salary ¥270,000/month + commission | Many earn ¥400,000+/month | Top sellers earn ¥800,000+ ■ About Us GRATiAE is an organic luxury skincare brand from Israel. Each formula combines thermal spring water from the Galilee region, Dead Sea minerals, and carefully selected organic oils and botanical extracts with advanced skincare technology. In Japan, GRATiAE has stores in Ginza, Omotesando and Aoyama, and our street-front stores offer spa treatments as well as products. In 2025 we opened SALT SPA GINZA, a dedicated spa, and we keep expanding the ways customers can experience the brand. ■ Why This Role Is Different - You're rewarded for results, not nationality or years of service: commission is paid on top of your base salary - Many team members earn ¥400,000+ per month, and top sellers earn ¥800,000+ - Build your own loyal clients: most of our customers are Japanese, and the repeat customers you build grow your sales month after month - Full training program, so no beauty industry experience is required - Opportunity to become a full-time employee, in a global, multilingual team - Visa sponsorship available - Employee discount ■ What You'll Do - Serve customers in Japanese: most of our customers are Japanese, so skin counseling, touch-ups, sampling and product recommendations are all done in Japanese - Build long-term relationships and turn first-time visitors into repeat customers - Work toward your personal and store sales targets - Handle the register, product orders, inventory, restocking and displays - Support general store operations ■ You'll Thrive Here If... - You like having a sales target and tracking your progress against it - You've hit sales goals before, in luxury retail, cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, mobile, hospitality or any other field - You enjoy building relationships so customers keep coming back to you - You can talk about how you grew sales, average spend or repeat customers ■ Requirements - Japanese (essential): fluent enough to serve customers and give consultations smoothly in Japanese, including polite keigo. No JLPT certificate required. Interviews are conducted in Japanese. - English: conversational level (welcome) - Chinese: a plus - You must currently live in Japan ■ Conditions - Contract employee (opportunity to become a full-time employee) - Monthly ¥270,000–¥800,000 (base salary + commission) - Shifts: Early 10:30–19:30 / Late 11:30–20:30 (rotating shifts) - 2 days off per week, plus paid leave - Social insurance, commuting allowance - 3-month probation at the same pay (may be shortened based on performance) - Location: one of our stores in Ginza, Omotesando or Aoyama (all close to the station) We look forward to hearing from you.
