Overview
An established European engineering and infrastructure delivery organisation specialising in protective electrical systems and technical construction solutions is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and mission critical environments.
The role is initially based in the Frankfurt region, with potential future mobility across European project locations depending on programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering and construction phases
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting
- Ensure delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on risks, issues, and performance
- Manage procurement activities with a focus on efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Lead technical coordination between design, installation, and construction teams
- Attend regular site and project meetings, including site inspections where required
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage project close-out activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or similar discipline
- Several years of experience in project delivery within construction, engineering, or technical infrastructure environments
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
- Confident communication skills in both client-facing and internal environments
- Experience using project management tools and reporting systems
- Fluent English required; German language skills advantageous
