Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
