As part of our European expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support automotive and engineering recruitment mandates across Germany and Europe.
Eligibility Criteria
This position is open exclusively to European Nationals and candidates possessing unrestricted work authorization within the European Union.
Visa sponsorship, work permit sponsorship, and relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, engage, and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for positions across:
- Automotive Engineering
- Manufacturing & Operations
- Supplier Quality
- Program Management
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Supply Chain Management
- Finance & Controlling
- Plant Leadership
- EV & E-Mobility
- Executive & Leadership Hiring
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
- Prepare candidate assessment reports and shortlist presentations.
- Coordinate client interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
- Negotiate offers and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche automotive and engineering skill sets.
- Ensure timely ATS updates and recruitment reporting.
- Achieve delivery targets, quality metrics, and turnaround timelines.
Desired Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.
- Strong experience hiring for Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or Mobility sectors.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- German language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Industry Exposure
Experience recruiting for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 Suppliers, Engineering Services, EV Companies, or Industrial Manufacturing organizations will be highly preferred.
