You will run 40+ back-to-back candidate interviews each week in tight 15-minute blocks, assessing English fluency, critical thinking, and cultural fit. You will keep the pipeline full by sourcing across targeted channels, then shepherd every candidate through Recruit CRM from first touch to signed offer. You will meet with US hiring managers to internalize their definition of an A-player and translate that into repeatable evaluation criteria. You will support new hires through their first weeks to confirm they meet client expectations and flag any early misalignment. You will spot patterns in sourcing, assessment, and placement data and feed those insights back to the the process. You will rely on AI-driven tooling to eliminate busywork so your energy stays on sharp, consistent judgment calls.

This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a fast-moving US company that relies on Puente Talent to find and place exceptional Latin American professionals into their distributed teams. They care deeply about culture fit, communication quality, and long-term retention, so they partner with us to run rigorous, AI-powered recruitment that moves quickly without sacrificing candidate quality. You will report directly to the CEO and act as the single owner of talent evaluation for every open role. The team is lean, data-driven, and Slack-first; you will work alongside a sourcing specialist and a client success manager while owning the interview stage from first screening to final recommendation.
Compensation is paid in USD with performance-based bonuses on every successful placement. The role is fully remote with a Monday to Friday schedule. You will receive a laptop and headset, and work within a culture that prizes speed, quality, and continuous improvement.
