Outside Sales (Primary Focus)
- Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
- Research target accounts and build qualified lead lists aligned to our ideal customer profile.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand needs, qualify fit, and document outcomes.
- Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Attend virtual conferences or networking events as needed to expand outreach coverage.
CRM & Database Management
- Maintain and update the CRM daily/consistently.
- Log all activities, notes, and follow-ups accurately and with clear next steps.
- Ensure data hygiene, correct pipeline organization, and reliable reporting.
Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing
- Execute timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to keep opportunities moving.
- Maintain consistent communication to progress leads through the sales funnel.
- Re-engage dormant leads and warm up cold prospects with relevant messaging.
Inside Sales / Client Success (Secondary)
- Support existing clients with inquiries to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with onboarding new customers as needed.
- Handle light post-sale support and help surface upsell opportunities.

You will own key steps of the prospect journey—researching target accounts, running discovery conversations, and coordinating demos—while keeping our database clean and up to date. You will also support existing clients through inquiries, help with onboarding when needed, and contribute to light post-sale activities such as upsell opportunity discovery.
