Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a committed German Travel Support Advisor to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In the capacity of a German Travel Support Advisor, you will be entrusted with assisting German-speaking clients with their travel requirements, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing travel-related inquiries, facilitating booking processes, and resolving any client issues to ensure a seamless and pleasant travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to German-speaking clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Support clients with travel reservations and furnish comprehensive travel information
• Address and resolve client complaints, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
• Inform clients regarding applicable promotions and additional services
• Gather and report client feedback aimed at improving service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in travel support or customer service is highly advantageous
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Positive and professional approach focused on client satisfaction
