Project Coordinator
— Remote- 2 to 7 years experience in project coordination or a related role
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with reliable follow through
- Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar is a plus
- Agency or marketing experience is helpful, but not required
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take clear notes
- Coordinate deliverable tasks between design, media, strategy, and development
- Track timelines & deadlines and follow up with team members to keep work completed on time.
- Support Strategy team with client meeting recaps and documentation
- Organize project files and ensure deliverables are stored in the right places
- Update project plans, tasks, and timelines in our project management tools
- Assist with QA checks on assets before delivery

This is a junior to mid role perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and working with creative and marketing teams launching digital ad campaigns in search, social and programmatic advertising as well as SEO campaigns.
