Speech Pathologist - Graduate and Experienced

Location: Brisbane & surrounds (community-based + Schools + Clinical hub access + WFH)
Type: Full-time or part-time
Relocation: Yes — support available within Australia or internationally

The Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services to children and adults across:

  • Community settings
  • Telehealth
  • Centre-based hubs
Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for paediatric and adult clients with diverse communication and swallowing needs
  • Support clients to achieve meaningful NDIS goals and functional outcomes
  • Complete assessments, therapy planning and high-quality reports
  • Manage a varied caseload with structured clinical support
  • Build strong relationships with families, carers and referrers
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings and ongoing professional development

Referrals are received via NDIS, Medicare and private streams.

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA registration (or eligibility)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
