The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services to children and adults across:
- Community settings
- Telehealth
- Centre-based hubs
- Assess and provide interventions for paediatric and adult clients with diverse communication and swallowing needs
- Support clients to achieve meaningful NDIS goals and functional outcomes
- Complete assessments, therapy planning and high-quality reports
- Manage a varied caseload with structured clinical support
- Build strong relationships with families, carers and referrers
- Participate in supervision, team meetings and ongoing professional development
Referrals are received via NDIS, Medicare and private streams.

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
