The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you'll work with clients experiencing a wide range of communication and swallowing challenges-helping them build confidence, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assessing and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders
  • Delivering tailored therapy across speech, language, fluency, voice and literacy
  • Supporting clients with complex needs including disability, injury or developmental conditions
  • Designing and implementing individual and group therapy programs
  • Working closely with families, carers, educators and other professionals
  • Contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care approach

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Registration (or eligibility) to practice in Australia
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
  • A team-focused mindset with the confidence to work autonomously
