As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking customers with their rental needs, helping them enjoy seamless transportation during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries about car rentals through various communication channels.
• Facilitate the rental process by assisting customers with reservations, modifications, and returns.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and explain the rental agreement's terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure car availability and maintain high service standards.
• Stay updated on new vehicles, services, and offers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
