• Engage with customers in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
• Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus.
