  • Proven account management experience — weekly status, reporting, and performance metrics delivered to clients, plus the ability to lead a consultative conversation rather than read out a dashboard.
  • Deep paid advertising expertise across Google, Meta, and emerging AI platforms, with strategic judgment on where spend should go and when to pull it.
  • Hands-on AI fluency: MCPs, Claude integrations, and daily work in the interface, with the ability to turn those capabilities into measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Experience building a team — hiring, training, coaching, and improving utilization through streamlined delivery processes.
  • Structured thinking that turns custom work into repeatable, productized delivery.
  • Comfort partnering with engineering to build platforms, not just file feature requests.
  • Cross-functional communication across stakeholders in multiple portfolio businesses, including spotting and driving opportunities to expand service penetration.
  • A track record in a fast-moving product or service environment where performance, retention, and continuous improvement drive the work.

We support the selling motion, delivery, and client management of digital marketing services for vertical customers starting with PT Clinics and automotive dealerships across 800+ customers. We define scope and delivery methodology to productize digital marketing services across paid advertising, social media management, website management, and local SEO/Google Business Profile services. We partner with internal engineering resources to build a platform to deliver a productized service (building on the managed website platform already in V3). We own outcomes for client management, growth, and retention, and we become compensated on portfolio-level growth. We hire, train, and manage future team hires, and we identify ways to streamline delivery to increase resource capacity and utilization. We manage client account delivery with a weekly operating rhythm, including status updates, reporting, and performance metrics, while leading consultative client conversations. We bring strong opinions on how to optimize marketing spend and collaborate across multiple V3 portfolio businesses to identify opportunities to increase penetration of digital marketing services. We apply deep expertise in client paid advertising across Google, Meta, and AI platforms, and deep AI usage expertise across MCPs, Claude integrations, and the related interface.
VVV Equity Partners is the holding company behind AutoRaptor and TurboPT. AutoRaptor is a CRM for independent and franchise auto dealerships. TurboPT is practice management and billing software for physical therapy clinics. Between them we serve more than 800 businesses, and those businesses keep asking us for the same thing: help us market ourselves.
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to turn that demand into a product. You'd own our digital marketing services — paid advertising, social media management, website management, and local SEO and Google Business Profile — and define the scope, pricing, and delivery methodology that makes them repeatable instead of bespoke. Part marketing operator, part product owner, working with engineering to scale delivery on our existing managed website platform.
