A leading, multi-site automotive and fleet network across Australia is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy and lead growth across a diverse portfolio of dealerships, fleet operations and collision repair centres. This is a senior, highly visible leadership role with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, optimising operational performance and shaping long-term strategy across multiple business units.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the CFO will manage all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, treasury, capital allocation, reporting, compliance, and governance. You will partner with Dealer Principals and business leaders to provide actionable insights, support decision-making and ensure robust financial and operational frameworks are embedded across the organisation.

The role requires oversight of multiple systems and processes, including dealer management systems, ERP and reporting platforms, payroll and consolidation tools. You will also engage with external stakeholders, including financiers, auditors and regulators, maintaining strong relationships and credibility.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished senior finance executive with extensive experience in multi-site, franchise, or complex operational networks. Experience in automotive dealership operations will be highly regarded. You are commercially astute, strategically minded and capable of influencing at all levels while delivering tangible outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex organisations with energy, integrity, and vision.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future and growth trajectory of a substantial, high-performing network.
