In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Booking.com users, assisting with their inquiries, bookings, and any issues they encounter. Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service in Dutch/Flemish to Booking.com customers.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Booking.com services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and find effective solutions.
• Positive attitude, flexible, and able to adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided by the company.
