Early Childhood IB Education Coordinator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated IB Early Childhood Education Coordinator to join our certified childcare and kindergarten center, which is currently an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate school. This position is responsible for leading and managing educational programs and helping create a high-quality learning environment for young children. Prior experience or knowledge of the IB program is not required. Training will be provided after joining the team. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate educational programs Propose and improve educational environments and learning systems Build collaborative relationships with external organizations, parents, and the local community Provide guidance and support to staff members as a team leader Handle administrative and related duties Requirements ・Native level of English ・Conversational Japanese or higher *You will be responsible for sharing and explaining the content of the educational program to on-site staff as part of your duties. ・A valid Japanese driver’s license is preferred for commuting purposes. ・Interest in early childhood education (ages 3-5) is highly welcome ・Experience working with children is highly welcome ・Passion for education and child development is highly welcome Attractiveness of this job No qualifications or IB experience required No overtime An environment and career path where you can utilize your English skills Salary & Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Monthly Salary: ¥258,000 – ¥290,000 Salary Breakdown Base salary: ¥250,000 Additional fixed allowance: ¥8,000 – ¥40,000 Benefits ・Salary increase available (Review: Once a year) ・Bonus available (Once a year, depends on your performance) ・Transportation allowance provided (Up to ¥11,100/month) ・Social insurance included (Health insurance, pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation) Location: Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture 5 minutes by car from Takase Station (JR Yosan Line) Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day Shift system (1-month variable working schedule) Ex) 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Or any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM Average monthly working hours: 164.6 hours Overtime: None Break time: 60 minutes Holidays 118 annual holidays Sundays, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays Two-day weekend system Some Saturdays may require attendance depending on the work schedule Paid leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment Additional Information Childcare support available Free daycare facility for employees in Mitoyo City (Children aged 0–2 can attend free of charge) Free parking available Facility tours are welcome.
