Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE)

Another major offshore firm is urgently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious associate for its corporate practice in Guernsey. The group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial work including; M&A, JV, reorganizations, public offerings, amalgamations, private placements and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.

The firm has asked us to source candidates with 2-5 years post qualified experience from leading firms in London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The firm offers excellent training and salaries as well as a generous relocation/benefits package. Income tax is a flat 20%.
