We are seeking dynamic individuals fluent in Flemish who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our Flemish-speaking clients. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate our various tourism services, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience while visiting Greece.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish regarding tourism services, bookings, and travel-related queries
• Assist clients throughout the booking process and provide detailed information on available options
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve client experiences
• Stay informed about tourism offerings and trends in Greece

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
• Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn about the tourism market and popular destinations in Greece
