About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care and supporting positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams

• Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Service Employees

• Allocate duties to support safe, effective and efficient service delivery

• Promote clinical excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Support best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards

About You

You are a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse who brings sound clinical judgement, professionalism and a collaborative approach to care.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation

• Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills

• Empathetic, respectful and team-focused approach

• Flexibility to work various shifts across a full rotating roster

• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
