As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking clients with their vehicle rental needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout the rental period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
• Oversee the car rental process, including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving customer issues.
• Perform vehicle inspections and communicate all rental terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and service standards.
• Keep updated on the fleet, special offers, and company policies to assist customers appropriately.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; English language skills will be considered an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service or the car rental industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and rental management software is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and working environment.
