The roles:

We’re looking for chefs who can handle a busy service, work well in a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen. Our venues are high-volume, community-focused pubs with bistro dining, functions and seasonal peaks.

You’ll need:

Experience at Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level

Experience in fast-paced kitchens

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to run a section and support junior staff

Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship

Sponsorship Pathway:

We are offering sponsorship for the right candidates. In return, we’re looking for chefs who are committed to the venue and team.

Must commit to 24 months in the venue before a transfer request will be considered

Opportunity to transition to Permanent Residency after Skills in Demand Visa (for high performers)

Relocation support provided

Visa lodgement timeframe determined on an individual basis (minimum 4 weeks of successful employment required before lodgement)
