We are based in Senri-Chuo in the Toyonaka area of Osaka and work in different kindergartens spread throughout the Kansai area. 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫 Our teachers form a tight-knit team and have a group of bilingual Japanese staff who are always there to offer support and assistance. We work together to let our kids have fun, learn English, and build confidence in their language skills! 🏫 Since our teachers go to different kindergartens, they are very independent but collaborate and work together as a team often. ✨ We encourage our teachers to try new approaches, with all teachers having the freedom to plan their own lessons and tailor them to their students’ needs while being guided by our overall curriculum. As well as helping our students work, we strive to create an environment where our teachers can grow too. We hold regular training and always have mentors available for advice. Teachers take care of their own regular classes and students. We also have seasonal events, trips, and a lot of fun! 🙌Additionally we offer a leadership route for advancement for teachers who show potential and want to build their careers. ＜Requirements＞ ✅ Must love working with kids! ✅ Native-level English speaker ✅ Energetic and enthusiastic ✅ Good understanding of cultural differences ✅ Valid working visa ✅ Commitment to stay in the position for at least one year or longer ✅ Available for an in-person interview in Japan ＜Job Openings＞ ⭐ 【Kindergarten teacher】 - Location: Senri-Chuo, Osaka (千里中央) --- The main office is located in Senri-Chuo, Osaka (20 mins from Umeda) --- We work in contracted kindergartens that are located around the Kansai region 🗓️ Immediate start 🗓️ April or March 2027 start 📕 Class Types and Average Class Size: - Morning Class: bigger classes (25~35 students) (10-30mins) - Afternoon: smaller classes (3~10 students) (50-60mins) ＜Position Details＞ 💼 Work conditions: - Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off) - 8 hours/day (ex: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm) - Shifts are regular, and determined by the lesson schedule - A fixed salary is paid monthly - Health insurance is provided 💰 Contract completion bonus (dependent on work evaluation) 📅 Time Off: Two days a week, Golden Week, National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation, and 10 paid vacation days initially 🏯 We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of Japanese language and culture by subsidizing partial tuition fees for Japanese language school 💮 An additional monthly allowance is given to all teachers who have passed JLPT N3, N2 or N1! ＜How To Apply＞ Please submit a resume and a cover letter.
