Expat Mining HR Executive - 2yr Contract

A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Executive for a 2yr Contract period

Duties:

Responsible for managing the full People Operations value chain

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in People Operations roles
• At least 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple HR functions
• Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimisation of HRIS and HR technologies
• Experience managing contractors, facilities, and workplace services within a multicultural mining environment
• Proficiency in business English is mandatory; and working knowledge of French would be highly advantageous
