Expat Mining HR Business Partner - 2yr Contract Market related

A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2yr Contract period

Duties:

• Manage the Smelter Human Resources department
• Function as an HR subject matter expert

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent qualification
• Must have at least 8-10 years' experience as an HR Generalist and Business Partner, preferably within a mining or smelter environment in a multinational company
• At least 4 years of proven management experience
• Knowledge of French and Swahili would be advantageous
