About Us: At YUKI International Preschool, we are committed to creating an environment where young children, during their formative years, can naturally acquire English just as they would their native language. We are currently seeking full-time English teachers to join our growing team. One of which is an urgent opening. Responsibility: ・Teach English to children at an international preschool. ・Create engaging and age-appropriate English teaching materials. ・Assist with childcare duties and daily routines. ・Support children with their daily activities to ensure a nurturing and structured environment. Requirements: ・Must be Native English speakers from English-speaking countries. ・Must currently reside in Japan with a valid working visa. ・Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children aged 1 to 6. ・Able to work professionally and collaboratively with staff and teachers. ・Positive and patient when caring for infants and young children. ・Strong teamwork skills and a bright, child-friendly personality are highly desirable. ・Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus. Work Conditions: ・5 Days a Week: Generally, Saturdays and Sundays, and national holidays off. However, occasional work on Saturdays may be required depending on school events. ・Working Hours: 8 hours/day (e.g., 7:45AM – 4:45 PM, 9:25 AM – 6:25 PM) ・Lunch Break: 1-hour break included during the workday. Salary: ・Monthly Salary: ¥280,000 – ¥310,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) ・Probation Period: 3 months after hiring. During this period, the salary will be reduced by ¥10,000 from the contracted amount. A performance review will be conducted at the end of the probation period, and the period may be extended if necessary. Annual Review: Individual performance reviews are conducted once a year to evaluate achievements and abilities. Salary raises and bonuses are determined by the company’s overall performance. Holidays & Leave: ・Summer Vacation: 3 days (according to the school calendar) ・Year-End & New Year Holidays: December 29th – January 3rd ・Paid Leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment (in the first year) Benefits & Allowances: ・Social Insurance: Health, Pension, and Unemployment insurance provided. ・Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥20,000/month. ・Annual Health Checkups available. ・Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare Leave available. ・Employee Housing Benefit: Single-occupancy apartments available at a discounted rate for employees (price varies depending on the apartment layout). ・Childcare Facilities: Discounted use of affiliated Japanese daycare facilities or the preschool itself.
