Why You’ll Love Teaching at BE studio ・Ready-to-Go Lessons Lesson plans are provided, and teaching materials are prepared at each classroom. You can focus on connecting with your students and creating engaging lessons. ・A Supportive Team Work alongside a Japanese lesson partner at each plaza to provide high-quality lessons and create a welcoming experience for children and families. ・Small Classes Teach groups of up to 8 students, giving you more opportunities to interact with each child and build meaningful relationships. ・Fun-Focused Learning We believe children learn best when they are motivated and having fun. Our lessons use games, activities, songs, and interactive learning rather than focusing only on memorization. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for instructors who: ・Love working with children ・Bring energy, creativity, and fun to the classroom ・Focus on motivation and communication—not memorization ・Enjoy working as part of an international team ・Are reliable, positive, and eager to grow as a teacher ・1+ year of Eikaiwa or children's English teaching experience is preferred, but not required. ・We welcome motivated candidates and will provide training and support to the right person. Advantages of BE Studio The Setup: ・ Ready-to-Go: Lesson plans provided. ・ Support System: Work alongside a Japanese lesson partner in every plaza. ・ Small Classes: Maximum of 8 students per lesson. ・ Fun First: Game-focused learning that children enjoy. Your Schedule ・5 working days / 2 days off ・Wednesday–Sunday ・35 hours per week ・Generally 7 working hours per day ・Lessons are generally scheduled between 9:00 and 21:00, depending on your assigned schedule ・Regular teachers have a fixed yearly schedule and teach the same students ・National holidays are generally off ・“No Lesson Days” may be available for training, lesson preparation, or vacation ・Weekend availability is required What You’ll Do ・Deliver 50, 60, 70 or 90-minute group English lessons ・Teach a maximum of 8 students per class ・Review lesson plans and prepare for lessons ・Organize teaching materials and keep classrooms tidy ・Work closely with Japanese lesson partners ・Provide high-quality lessons and customer service ・Deliver special lessons and participate in seasonal events ・All lesson plans are provided and teaching materials are prepared at each classroom.
