Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, order statuses, and account management.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to address and resolve complex customer queries.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a support role.
