  • Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, ASA preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp (or similar PM tools) & Slack
  • Excellent written communication skills

Previous media buying experience is a requirement

Success in this role means:

  • Fill out all internal reports on time and have them ready for strategic meetings
  • Completing reports and assigned tasks consistently and accurately
  • Demonstrating growth in understanding of media buying strategy and execution
  • Taking initiative to identify optimizations and improvements to campaigns
  • Providing reliable support to the media buying team to help drive better client outcomes

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, ASA)
  • Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze campaign performance (breakdowns by age, gender, location, placement, creative)
  • Support the Media Buying Team with audience research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning
  • Assist in writing ad copy variations and identifying winning creative elements
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery
  • Perform data entry for campaign tracking sheets and reporting templates (Google Sheets, ClickUp, or other PM tools)
  • QA campaigns before launch to ensure tracking, creative, and settings are correct
  • Stay up to date on platform policies, trends, and best practices
  • Communicate proactively with the team regarding campaign performance and optimizations

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Media Buyer to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit, and Apple Search Ads. This person is also going to be responsible to connect the data points in campaigns through spreadsheets, ai and optimizations across all clients.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
