Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is working with a well-established and highly respected commercial builder/developer in Perth who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of commercial and multi-residential work, this is a key role focused on running the financial performance of projects from contract award through to final account.
This position is not estimating-focused. Instead, you will take ownership of live project commercial management — overseeing cost control, subcontractor management, variations, progress claims and final accounts. A core part of the role is accurate and forward-thinking forecasting, ensuring project cashflow, margins and financial risks are clearly understood and proactively managed.
You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams in a collaborative environment that values accountability and teamwork. The business promotes a strong team culture — they are not clock-watchers, and they genuinely value balance, flexibility and family commitments. They are looking for someone self-motivated, commercially sharp and confident managing projects independently.
