Who we're looking for: We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist with expertise in Google Search algorithms, technical SEO, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
What You'll Be Working On
- Conducting SEO audits and implementing technical optimizations.
- Analyzing websites, conducting keyword research, and optimizing landing pages.
- Turning competitor analysis and market research into actionable insights.
- Monitoring organic traffic and preparing performance reports.
- Identifying growth points and scaling opportunities.
- Collaborating with development and design teams to implement SEO initiatives.
- Creating templates for meta descriptions, H1 headings, and title tags.
- Optimizing content.
- Handling operational tasks within the SEO function.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO.
- Strong technical and on-page SEO skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Confident experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience using LLM tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc., to improve productivity.
- Knowledge of Google Search guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Experience promoting websites in Western European and North American markets.
- Ability to analyze and structure large volumes of data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of data mining and structured data, including schema.org.
- Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with SEO trends.
