Your responsibilities:

Daily interactions and regular meetings with the relocated team members through different channels – phone, chat, email
Assisting the relocated candidates with registering and processing all required documents
Post-arrival support - documents registration, accommodation assistance
Strictly following deadlines in regards to the legal processes of different national institutions
Assisting in synchronizing the efforts of different departments within the company and systematizing received data and information
Actively participating in the recruitment process, depending on the current needs of the company
Ongoing support - local environment guide, medical support, accommodation, etc.

Our requirements:

Excellent English language skills and Bulgarian skills
6+ months experience in BPO industry will be considered as an advantage
Passion for self-development
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management skills
Organized and detail oriented
Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, Internet etc.
