Clinical Care Manager

Located on the beautiful South West Coast of Victoria, this is a special opportunity to join an aged care facility where care, kindness, and connection are genuinely at the heart of everyday work working as a Clinical Care Manager.

You’ll be joining a close knit and experienced team, supported by another Clinical Manager, Clinical Care Coodinator a Quality team, Rostering Officers, AN-ACC support, 24/7 Registered Nurses, and a dedicated care team who take real pride in the care they provide.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be part of creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home, and where staff feel supported and heard. Your role will involve:

• Leading with empathy and supporting clinical and care staff in their day to day work
• Maintaining strong infection prevention and control to keep everyone safe
• Working closely with the Facility Manager to support smooth daily operations
• Ensuring documentation and clinical standards are met without losing sight of the person behind the paperwork
• Championing person-first care and a positive, respectful culture across the home

About You:

• Full Australian working rights
• Current AHPRA registration
• At least 4 years of clinical experience (aged care experience is welcomed)
