As the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you’ll be central to achieving our hospital’s mission and vision. You’ll lead clinical and operational excellence within your unit while mentoring and inspiring nursing teams.
ABOUT YOU:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Experience as an Associate NUM (or equivalent)
- Advanced Life Support certificate (or working towards)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of WHS, infection control & quality improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical coordination
- Collaborate with senior management to improve patient services
- Drive quality improvement initiatives
- Manage patient flow & discharge planning
- Ensure outcome-based, patient-centred care
- Address professional nursing matters within the clinical setting
